Kaley Cuoco and her friends are taking a moment to celebrate their sisterhood.

On Thursday, Jan. 8, actress Ashley Jones, 49, shared a carousel of Instagram photos honoring her “supportive” mom group, following the buzz around Ashley Tisdale French’s viral essay for The Cut about “toxic” mom group drama.

“Mom groups are having a real moment on the interweb this week,” Jones wrote, tagging celebrity friends including Cuoco, Lacey Chabert, Kimberley J. Brown, and Ali Fedotowsky. “Shoutout to my village, without whom I could be very lost and lonely.”

She added, “Tag your supportive ride-or-die mom group! I miss them all this little, but so grateful we had each other during this stage—and every stage. #lifteachother #womensupportingwomen Not all are pictured, but all who are pictured are loved. #momgroup”

Ashley Tisdale French’s personal essay, titled “Breaking Up with My Toxic Mom Group,” was published in The Cut on Jan. 5.

In the piece, she reflected on the importance of prioritizing your well-being in friendships. “If a mom group consistently leaves you feeling hurt, drained, or left out, it’s not the mom group for you,” Tisdale French wrote. “Choosing to step away doesn’t make you mean or judgmental. It makes you honest with yourself. It’s also worth remembering that friendships, like all relationships, have seasons.”

Although she didn’t name anyone from her former group, fans quickly pointed out past photos showing her with friends including Gaby Dalkin, Hilary Duff, Meghan Trainor, Mandy Moore, and others.

Shortly after Ashley Tisdale French’s essay went live on The Cut, her husband took to Instagram to show support, commenting under the post: “I’m so proud of you 💘.”

As the essay gained widespread attention, sources close to Tisdale French and her former mom group have provided some context about the split.

“It was a misalignment of values that Ashley decided to make public,” one insider told PEOPLE exclusively. “Friends naturally drift apart. It didn’t warrant a dramatic breakup text.”

Another source added that Tisdale French had been feeling a “disconnect” with the group in the months leading up to her departure.

“Ashley put this out there because [she wants people to know] toxic behavior is not acceptable,” the source explained, noting that “this is blowing up in the craziest way.”
